Peacock Party is a vibrant pattern displaying beautiful hues of blue and green and lovely cherry blossoms amidst a series of regal peacocks. This captivating and graceful animal is repeatedly associated with deities and royalty. In Greek mythology, Hera, the Goddess of women, had a faithful servant called Argus. Argus was a giant with many eyes, and, after his death, Hera transferred all of his eyes to the peacock’s tail feathers to honor him. The peacock is the national bird of India. It is the most auspicious animal in Hindu mysticism and is used as an ambassador to Lakshmi, goddess of wealth, prosperity, power, and beauty, and fertility.
On the other end of the spectrum, in the Christian religion, the peacock is a warning from God to abstain from pride and embrace humility. Clearly, an animal with so much power is polarizing. Are you balanced and integrous in your power? The peacock is a reminder that healthy self-esteem is defined by respect and honor, not vanity and pride.
